Our Story

We love data. You know those people at a bbq who can’t stop talking about (insert boring thing here) well, that was us about data.

First our team founded The Red Fox Group in 2017 to help people with data analytics. We wanted to help people use their data, see their data and make better business decisions based on their data. And we wanted to make that information available to every business, not just the big players.

In the early days of Red Fox, we were shocked by how many Australian companies were reliant on spreadsheets or conversely, ineffective expensive software tools to track their data. The team found we were spending 50% of our time organising a client’s data before it could even be analysed.

We’d advise companies to sign up for a database management platform, or CRM, only to discover the large players cost a lot and are really challenging for non-tech heads to navigate.

So the Red Fox team decided to build our own tech platform. Enter SwiftFox.

SwiftFox is an all-in-one campaign platform changing the way organisations understand and communicate with their ‘audience’. Campaigning includes efforts to grow your business, sign up more members, grow your donors, deliver major projects, find more customers, or build better relationships with your clients. Basically, anyone with a mailing list!

SwiftFox allows clients talk to their audience at scale. Users can store unlimited contacts, send mass emails, texts, make calls, manage events, run surveys, manage subscription payments, and save interactions. With data in one secure platform, artificial intelligence can study patterns and help predict if someone is going to engage with you, if they are likely to leave, if they are likely to buy.

Today, our Red Fox team work primarily on our goal to develop SwiftFox into the world’s best campaign platform. Our analysts play a particularly integral role in building SwiftFox’s machine learning and AI features.

Our Red Fox team also work on a variety of other projects including data-led digital campaigns, bespoke research and demographic modelling.
